The information contained in the bulletin is taken from public records And is not collected for, nor intended to be used for credit, employment, or insurance purposes.   While every precaution is observed no responsibility is assumed for errors or omissions.   The original public records are open to inspection and should be consulted before taking any action based on the information in the bulletin.

The electronic subscription for the Public Record Bulletin will be delivered electronically to one location, as designated The transmission of this data to the designated location is for the exclusive use of that subscriber and is not intended for further distribution, electronically or physically, without notifying the Publisher of the Public Record Bulletin.
